You have to be either a complete moron, or have the most insane amount of tunnel vision ever....and be a moron to shoot a human with a bow. Mistakenly of course, different story if it's on purpose. Heck it's nuts to do it with a gun, but a bow?

Who mistakes a standing human for a 4 legged elk ?
This is just crazy.

Digital Camo looks nothing like a brown cape
A human outline looks nothing like an elk out line

Yeah I remember that story as well. I do know this dingus did stick around and own up to shooting him. Whereas the guy who shot last year took off and left the guy to die.
