Is Knight still active? I’ve sent 2 emails to their customer service org box that spans over a 5 week timeline w/o a return reply and when I call the customer service # the automated voicemail says “to send an email due to volume demand”.
Does anybody have a real-world point of contact that works for Knight? If so, can you please along the representatives info.
