Knight Ultralite barrel and Timney Trigger

Hello everyone. Just wanted to know if anyone took a look at their trigger assembly and think that it’s normal for the trigger to have a gap between the barrel? As you can see in the picture, the gap between barrel and trigger right in front of the trigger. The small ridge on the end of the trigger causes it. Also, the barrel says Ultra Lite Mountaineer. Not sure why the UltraLite model has Mountaineer on it.

With that trigger that is the normal thing you would see. At the front of the trigger body you see the small mound that forces the trigger down ward when tightened.

Just seems a bit strange for a setup like that. Makes the trigger bend a bit with a tiny fraction.
