King of the Mountain Stairmaster Challenge

Just came across this thread, but did a workout today that included the stair climber. Did not use any hands on the rails.

Body Weight: I'm 27 and 180 pounds. For 45 minutes, 89 SPM and an average Heart Rate of 142 (Garmin Fenix 7).

Morning workout.
Body weight. Wanted to do better than the other day. Stayed between 4-6 on speed

Followed this with 15 min on the stationary bike

Can’t let all the young guys have so much fun 61.5 trying to get back to 150 in 30 and call it good🤙

Crossed 2K in 30min for the first time! Time to keep pushing for 2,500.

Heck yeah way to get it!! I did a shorter training one the other day that absolutely smoked me. It’s a pace to work towards for 30 min. It was 87 floors in 15 min, didn’t get the step count. Figured that may be encouraging for anyone that hasn’t done 30 that it’s cool to get after a shorter one to build up toward the 30 min grind!

Maybe I'll try 15 when I have less time to see how that goes too!
