Kifaru Dominating the Hunting Market

I don't see Kifaru dominating the backpack market, except in maybe the zeal and loyalty of their users. And before you start foaming at the mouth -my hunting backpack uses a Kifaru frame, but I don't have some kind of weird soulmate connection with Kifaru or their employees. Backpacks are a lot like boots - opinions are subjective and based on personal preference over fitment, comfort, etc. Kifaru makes excellent gear, as does Exo, SG, Seek Outside, etc. I've only met a handful guys on the mountain with Kifaru frames too. I'd say based on my limited experience, I've seen more Kuiu and Mystery Ranch packs than anything else.

Maybe that's true. I'm not throwing shade at anyone in particular. I use Kifaru backpacks. The rabid brand loyalty, to any brand, is foreign to me. I'm loyal to people and principles, not companies.

And of course my little post was intended as a humorous take on how we toss adjectives around and make declarative statements which support our individual or group thinking. Dodge, GM and Ford will all tell you they build the finest, most dominant trucks on Earth...and so will some of their owners. It's the same with backpacks or big bikes. No agreement is ever expected on the larger scale. It's not a truly serious argument unless you're a little too intoxicated by ownership.

Pick a good truck and throw your good pack in it. Be damn satisfied you own what you want and like. You don't need validation.

Similar questions would be...
“Why do YOU think Tikka is the best mid-tier rifle in the world?”
“What model of boot do YOU wear from Crispi, the best hunting bootmaker in the world?”
And so on...

You need to read the OP again. This time keep in mind that IMO means IN MY OPINION. And, "what do you think" means the OP: 1. wants us to think, and 2. wants us to share our thoughts/opinions with him.

The OP is still ignorant in the many assumptions he/she has made throughout the ENTIRE thread because he/she in fact has zero factual evidence to support who or what is "dominant." Its based solely on the simple fact, AGAIN, that it is all SPECULATION based on his/her OPINIONS. The OP is hanging on a thread with his/her un-proven claims of kifarus dominance. Pretty simple to comprehend. No brand loyalty on this end just bringing up simple and complete facts. Maybe YOU should read the entire thread again. As I've said before, I personally dont care for kifaru merchandise and I've personally not seen them "dominate" any market accept the second hand classidfieds. That is my OPINION, based on personal experience, but that doesnt mean their gear isnt a quality front runner. That being said, I'm also not claiming that whatever brand I "fanboy" over "dominates" the scene in any category. Which, is the exact basis for my perspective, along with many other logical posters on this thread. Just becuase you THINK it's true, doesnt mean it is. I really dont see how certain people cannot comprehend that.

I just ordered a Kifaru pack, coming from an Eberlestock. Likely this will be my last pack for the foreseeable future. I took a really hard look at Mystery Ranch, Stone Glacier, and EXO. I wish I could try them all, I know a lot of guys do try several of them. I would say for most people, we can’t afford to try all the packs. I’m sure I will love my new pack and I probably won’t feel the need to have to know what the other packs are like. I also won’t be bashing the other packs either. I will speak my opinion on my experience and that’s it. I picked Kifaru because of certain reasons that appealed to me over the other brands, just like other guys choose other packs over Kifaru. I really do enjoy the content that Aron and Frank put out through Kifarucast and through social media. Customer service is top notch, but I know the other companies customer service is also top notch as well. It’s okay if someone likes their Kifaru over SG or their SG over Kifaru.

I swear you guys have low self esteem haha. It's all good you fellas love your kifaru stuff. I'm all for people being happy with their choices. It's pretty apparent with your blind loyalty to the OPs claims that no matter what he claimed yall would follow him because you cannot separate your feelings from the facts. Dont be mad at the truth. I'm not mad at all just bringing to light incriminating claims.

I could care less what anyone uses and I never said I have any loyalty to OP's claims. You just seem very bent out of sorts over this whole thing and it's comical to me.

The frame is hella durable and their shop is one hr from my house. When repairs are needed or warranty service fulfilled shipping is fast and customer service has been excellent.

The array of customizable features and variety of offerings set them apart from most other pack companies.

Ok well since some of you are incapable of perfect logic we will get to the end of the thread so that some fellas can wake up in the morning and see the world is exactly like they think it is.

1-kifaru is dominating the industry (although it more than likely isnt) but we will say that it is so that the fanboys world doesnt change. We will compare it nothing because we dont even know what it is exactly they are dominating. But we now have established they are dominating something...
2- we will ignore the TITLE of the thread and defend our personal opinions whether or not they have anything to do with kifaru dominating a part of the market that we arent even clear on.
3- anyone that brings up logic and facts is wrong and angry because they dont accept that you like kifaru and you think its the most dominant in the industry.

So kifaru is the dominant manufacturer in the industry, we think so because we are loyal and you're wrong if you dont accept my opinion as truth. Got it. You fellas are correct eventhough you arent
