Journal of Mountain Hunting story contest

Hi guys,

the Journal of Mountain Hunting is giving away a Stone Glacier pack to subscribers that submitted a story. Mine, called "Sheep Fever" is in the February issue.

The sticky issue is that the winner of the pack is determined by voting. I am not a big fan of these things, as they are generally not a test of the quality of the submission, but of the extent of a person's social media network. You might even consider subscribing and actually read the stories A few interesting interviews, and other informative articles have been published as well, that might be of interest.

Went ahead and gave you a sympathy vote . You have some big ground to make up in the popularity contest. I Agree with you on this voting process, isn't fair to the quality.
