Jackets similar to FL Woodbury?

Looking for a cold weather outer to take with me to CO in October in case of frigid weather, and for sitting in a tree in the Southeast on the 2-3 days it actually gets cold. Really fancying a Woodbury, seems the Sanctuary would just be too much to pack? There is a great deal on First Gen Sanctuary's on eBay, just worried about the packability of it. What Sitka or Kuiu items compare with the Woodbury?

Don't know about the Sanctuary but I pack my Woodbury to the stand and put it on after I'm in the tree.
