I did not get a chance to send one towards an elk this year but I have been extremely impressed with them, especially their accuracy. They will stay in my elk setup for sure.
For those of you who used our double bevel broadheads in the past (V & S Series) and then switched to our single bevel heads, I'm curious if you noticed a difference in performance.
S125 double bevel
same head killed two bucks, still sharp and undamaged. I did touch them up afterwards due to OCD
neither blood trail was impressive but shot placement was the issue
I do not advocate, a shoulder shot, but no longer fear hugging it. This was a mature 200# white tail.
Went through one shoulder, double lung, then stuck in and broke the opposite shoulder. Yes that is the ball of the bone it went through.
