I wonder if the Norma Evostrike would be a good option for those who need/want non leaded bullets but also want fragmentation.
FPS conversion is listed in brackets under the m/s.I wish they had fps instead of m/s.
I looked and just plain didn't see it - not at all - musta been skimming too fast. LoL! Now it's gonna stand out like looking at the sun - thanks!FPS conversion is listed in brackets under the m/s.
It was a neat way to capture the fragments, can they be reclaimed from gel?Just so people keep it in mind- bullets fired into water upset/expand more than they do in tissue.
The larger ones can but (I didnt read the whole report so they could have) you can evaporate off the water and recover basically all fragments reguardless of size. It woukd be very very hard if not impossible to do so efficiently. It was a neat way to capture the fragments, can they be reclaimed from gel?
Despite the papers purpose, all I took away was that federal t bonded lead is the best overall.
Weight retention and expansion size. About halfway through they give the results.
That the bullet is creating a larger wound channel, and penetrating further?Ok. What do you believe that tells you functionally about what the bullets are doing in tissue?
