Insulating a building question

On a lid, you really want at least an inch of air space between any insulation and any plywood, or that foil backed stuff you used. Just get some cheap 2x2 furring strips, fur down the trusses and then staple in your r15. If you do that, you'll also want vents to get air flow above the insulation.

Copy that on the furring strips but not sure what to do about vents. Have you seen all the pics I posted in this thread. Ideas?

Edit: actually there are vents I guess you could say due to the metal roof ribs. So as long as I keep that air space between the sheathing and insulation, I should have ventilation. Thanks!
