Does anyone know what all these marks are? They are more in the middle and near end to crown. I don't think its carbon or anything but I have know idea. I dont think its anything to worry about but looking at other barrels, they really dont have all these dents or cuts like this one does. It's weird to me.

The 140 EH are about. .5" groups. Just shot it today. Browning said to send it in. But I'll wait until I'm done hunting in November to do that since it's shooting fine. I have an antelope hunt in a few weeks as well.

Looks like corrosion pits. Even stainless can get little pits, especially if humidity contacts the fouling since there are a number of acidic compounds produced burning powder. Those are really small.

If your gun shoots good I’d not send it back or they might change the barrel with one that shoots worse. 🙂
