Ideas for range rifle???

Are you a supressed shooter? If so i have no issues hearing impacts at 700 yards in a 10 mph wind with a 223. 223 is definitely a fun gun, awesome range trainer. Ill never sell mine now. Best rifle decision i have ever made
No but this will get one. However, I am shooting at a range and most don’t shoot suppressed. In fact, at times I will run both ear plugs and Walkers over the top of those because it is so loud.

Id like to get another gun!
Looking for a fun range weapon to use out to 600 yards (max range where I can shoot). I want to spot impacts. Would like to keep total weight between 9-10# so it can cross over to hunting if necessary but mainly a bench gun.
-Looking at 6 or 6.5 creed or maybe a 223???
(I’m leaning 6 creed)
-Trying to keep price under/around $2k for rifle.
-bolt action
I can get a good deal on a SA Waypoint 2020 in 6 creed or 6.5 creed. SA is also giving away XD Elite 10mm with purchase right now. Also thinking about Seekins Havoc PH3. Or build off a Tikka???
If a Tikka build, what stock would you run? I probably wouldn’t rebarrel unless absolutely necessary.
As far as scopes I’m thinking something around a 5-25x50.
-Trijicon Tenmile, Zeiss V4, or Vortex Viper HD
Any thoughts or experiences using any of my listed rifles/scopes appreciated!

6 CM 20” Seekins ph3
I can’t see impacts until I get to 400, have to get back on target.

Maybe me, but a little weight in the forearm may fix that.

223 Tikka in a krg bravo would be my choice. ammo is so cheap for training
Our range goes out to 500. I have a Tikka Super Varmint in 6.5 Creedmoor that’s a fine rifle and that’s 95% a range rifle. 90% of the time, though, I shoot my .223 rifles. One is a Savage Model 12 LRPV with a Shilen 7 twist bull barrel, the other a Savage 110 action in an MDT field stock with a Shilen barrel identical to the LRPV barrel. Shoot at 2” -4” gongs at 500 and so much fun ( and a challenge! )!
