Idaho unit 40 late hunt

New to the site, wondering anyone has any information they would like to share. I thinking I leaning towards hunting the

third week of the unit for 9 days. I really like the Owyhee desert, more my type of hunting. I keep hearing to hunt early,

so I am not sure what to do. second week or later. Thanks Mike

I've been on that hunt several times. I wouldn't stress about the date too much, tons of deer out there from Opener to Close in my experience.

If you have access to ATV/UTV, you'll want to take it.

Dress warm, it's COLD and WINDY.
