Idaho Second Tags

Does anyone remember if second deer tags were available this year? I just watched a new Idaho Mule Deer hunt on youtube where some young lady smokes two bucks in the same trip. I could have sworn there weren’t any remaining non res tags available for residents to pick up as a second tag the last couple of years.

There's loads of violations on YT. Apparently none of them get charged.
I believe it was possible for residents if they got one off a leftover sale.

There were second tags available for residents and nonresidents

can be bought in some units, but not all. there is note on some units that say second deer tags not allowed.
