I've never hunted ID but I believe there are outfitter set aside tags but am not aware of landowner tags being legal to sell?

Correct. You can designate drawn tags to whoever you want but cannot sell or market it to the designated hunter. Just signed one I drew tonight. Probably going to use it myself.

Ya, cant charge for them..... yet I know people that buy and sell them. Its BS. Some "southern idaho" unit landowners sell tags for upwards of $10,000
