Idaho Nonresident Tag Sellout

It cost $230 to enter the Idaho non-res draw. Don't know too may people willing to throw away $200+++ annually on a low odds draw.

They need to make the penalty for returning a tag back hurt more, or change the sale date after all the other state draws are done

If they did that then no one would return the tag they would sit on it and not hunt it.
