Politicians are seemingly all crooked and nuts, it will be interesting once we are long gone how some of them will be remembered. I imagine a lot of the current ones in Co will see Nero-esque

From a strictly hypothetical perspective, would it be illegal to trap wolves and then release them somewhere else in the same state? Let's say, for example, that someone traps 1 in the woods and releases it in the city...

The rural resident clears the area of an apex predator and the inner city environmental activist gets to enjoy the splendor of this magnificent animal eating its cat.

Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming have all made the right call not to support this lunacy. Unfortunately, the parks and wildlife are now negotiating with the Nez Perce tribe. This is according to an article I read recently. On the other hand, Wyoming is still chipping away at the North Park wolves on their side of the boarder.

It looks like Idaho has joined Wyoming in denying to send wolves to Colorado.

That's a great question. Maybe the western slope should trap them and take them to Denver or Estes park. They want them right.

Apex predators are the liberal dream until they end up in the suburbs. I am afraid wildlife populations will be desimated before corrective action for predator management becomes part of the mainstream discussion.
