Anyone else on the phone hearing this message, is it your understanding that if you press 1 they are going to call you back when it gets to you even though others are still on hold? Or that they will return messages in the order received once they have time to return the messages??? I mean I've got time but just curious.

They are taking calls in order received is the way I understand it so they will call me back before answering someone who stays on hold if I called before that person.

I mean since you have time on you hands and all. . . Hope you get your tag!

I opted for the callback. Last year this is how I got my tag, but I accidently pressed 1 instead of 2, so now we will see...

I had this happen last year. Buddy had it happen this year. You'll get kicked out after your 20 min is up and not have a tag.
