I searched But.... Interchanging brands. Bags and Frames

Has anyone put different types of bags on a Stone Glacier Frame? Or any other highly recommended frame? I searched but did not find much or searched for the wrong terms.

I had a small kuiu bag 1800 on my sg. That was simple by just adding the right size ladderlocks to the existing tab loops which kuiu bags have plenty.

Your biggest hurdle doing this with bigger bags is getting it to fit over the top of the frame. The pockets on the bags and posts on the frames are almost never compatible (exo bag fits kifaru frame, I think). You can A. Just run the bag like you’re using the meat shelf (blue arrow) or have a custom sewing job done.

Here’s an example using the shelf. If there’s nothing between the bag and frame you will have slop as the top connection is a fixed length between the red arrows.

You can run some seekoutside bags to a SG frame pretty easily with the right hardware.
Once you have the bag and frame anyone can figure it out. No sewing required.

Kuiu on Kifaru is simple.

I've got a KUIU 1800 bag on an Outdoorsmans frame, course there ain't much that won't attach to that frame either.

Few year ms ago I put the 1800, 3000 and 6000 on a Kifaru bikini. Don’t remember exactly what I did but it wasn’t difficult.
