Hydration

Liquid IV, one per day usually otherwise water. Liquid IV has sugar free now. I prefer sugar over BS sweeteners anyway.

Liquid IV if I have been sweating a lot and I don’t think I have had enough water.
Other than that I just drink lots of water.

Recently started using The new Jocko Fuel hydration. Tastes good, good formulation and has worked well for me.

I like nuun or liquid IV, mixed with mnt ops ignite

anyone tried the great value electrolyte mix? comparable to nuun
or the great value hydration mix? comparable to liquid IV
Saw them at the store but havent tried yet, about half the cost

Ultimareplenisher or liquidiv. I’ll keep one Nalgene water only and then have a 32 oz Gatorade bottle for my drink mix and toss it out and grab a new one in a couple of days

I used primal hydration the past couple weeks, taste not as good as liquid IV with sugar of course but it is better than plain water and has some decent ingredients.

I’ve been using LMNT for a few years now and love it. Great variety of flavors, although I don’t care for a few of them. My favorites are Mango Chili, Raspberry, Watermelon, Chocolate Caramel and currently their Chocolate medley (Chocolate Raspberry is the best, followed by Choc Chai, the Choc Mint is fine)

Another vote for LMNT and the Re-Lyte. I tried a Liquid IV this summer and it was like drinking a soda, way too much sugar for me

LMNT is great but unless youre really sweating etc it might be too much on the electrolytes. If you dont mind the sugar gatorade is still a solid choice.

I like LMNT and Liquid IV, but man at $1.50 a pop for LMNT it is pretty ridiculous. I need to start a "hydration" company based on those margins.

For running and training I have been using straight sodium citrate, the same 1,000mg of sodium costs me 10 cents. Flavor it however you want. The single serve packets are handy to travel with though.

Regular diet covers most of your sodium needs, it's only when exercise is 3+ hours that it starts to have an impact on performance.

I buy the 100 count and I think it comes out to like $1.00/packet. They are super convenient but again gatorade is a solid alternative.

Has anyone ever tried the mixes to make refrigerator pickles? Pickle juice knocks out any dehydration headache or cramp I've ever had.
Yup its the salt. I always have pickles on deck to snack on with all the running i do it helps
