I don’t understand how it’s jumpy my lift X is at 80 pounds 29 inch draw and at full draw I can almost go to sleep and the bow don’t jump at at all now that’s 85% let off maybe your cams where out of time. I shot the Hoyt’s and hated the draw was super stiff compared to my Hoyt’s from a couple years ago but that’s where that speed comes from…

I think it really depends how you hold at full draw. I went from a nexus 4 to a lift 29.5 and that is one thing I like about the lift, I can let down slowly and controlled, and it keeps me in the shot, it has way less valley than the prime
I have decided I hate a big valley, I think it is a lot easier to make mistakes, and the string is “slack” so any torque or face pressure is going to cause worse shooting.
The lift is for sure not what I would call jumpy, but it does feel jumpy if you have been shooting a bow that feels like you have to push the string forward to let down… obviously plenty of people like the big valley with high letoff, but I don’t, for many reasons.
The big valley/high letoff has become common, so anything different will probably feel jumpy to some. I consider the first gen pse omen and similar to be jumpy, way, way more than a lift.
I was positive (and still might) I was going to get some 80% mods for the lift, but the 85% is a lot better than the 85% letoff on the prime, I always hated letting down with the prime, felt like it was going to derail.
Before the prime I had a Mach 1, and hated it with the 90% letoff, I always shot it at 80%, because I don’t like those big hollow valley bows, and it’s a lot harder to have a consistent shot because any little difference in torque or face pressure is going to be emphasized, the string is literally slack at full draw
