Hoyt RX9 Ultra Valley

I ditched my Mathews as I didn't like how jumpy it was, and am going back to Hoyt. I shot a RX8 Ultra and the valley felt great, but I do also have a RX9 Ultra on order as well. Has anyone shot/currently own a RX9 Ultra that can speak to how the valley is? I don't need a huge valley, but I do like to feel locked in on the backwall and be able to relax a little so I can focus on aiming. If anyone responding can say whether it is better, worse, or equal to a Mathews, that will be a good indicator for me. I plan to shoot it at 85% let off.

I have two. Fantastic in the wall. Most solid I’ve had on any bow and the ability to adjust it hard or extra hard. The valley doesn’t even feel like one. It’s hard to tell that you’ve even rolled into it as there is no pronounced dump. It’s also one of the least “jumpy” bows I’ve owned. I gave my Lift to my nephew.

I havent shot the 9 ultra but I have shot the 9 a bunch as thats the bow I ordered. The valleys and back wall are gonna feel the same because they use the same cam. The valley is so nice. It's not to big IMO but it doesn't want to jump all the time like matthews do. The back wall is outstanding as well.

Being a south paw I haven’t had the opportunity to shoot the RX9. I own a RX8 great bow. From people who I know and respect there opinion stated the RX9 is a nice bow but the draw is just a little stiffer feeling than the RX8. This is why the RX9 has a speed increase from last years model. Post pictures when you get your new bow.

RX9 feels better on the back end than the LiftX, but those two are honestly still the worst out of the major brands as far as that unpleasant Dump & Jump at the end of the draw cycle.

PSE, Prime, and Darton all hold way better for people who don't like to pull hard against the back wall.

See I don't think the rx9 dumps into the valley. Every bow is going to have a "dump" into the valley. But I went from a hoyt torrex which is a slow bow and very smooth draw into the rx9 and while the rx9 has a stiffer draw i don't think the "dump" is bad at all. And to get the hoyt to "jump" it almost feels like you are pushing the string forawrd. If you are getting a hoyt to jump at full draw you're doing something wrong.
