How’s your fuel prices

People down here wouldn’t mind the stipend that Alaskans get each year for that oil production either. It evens out…

Just surpassed a new mark that I've seen, diesel bumped up to $6.12 in Central WA this morning..

What do you think is used to get those goods here? That extra cost is added to the final cost, so yeah I’m still talking about the cost of fuel it makes the cost of apples and oranges go up, which is what that yearly pfd check is used for in most cases.

Im sure it doesn’t. I also never said it did.
But it is still more than the difference in a year’s avg of fuel use between Alaska and the lower48. That’s my point. Twist it however you want tho. Im not going to argue.

$3.55 for diesel in Big Timber MT
Has jumped 55 cents since the talk of war with Iran a couple weeks ago.

And everything else is going to go up because of the cost of production/transportation

If this is winning, I wonder what losing looks like.
 
Our fuel prices have gone up $1.25/gal. in the last 9 days. Every time I drive by our local gas station, which is every day, it seems to go up $0.05-0.25 daily. I just paid $4.95/gal. for diesel this evening.

I paid 4.49 yesterday. Most stations are at or over 5 right now. Use one of the fuel price apps. At least for now theres a couple stations that are in the 4.50 range.

I'm still calling $200/bbl and somewhere near $10/gal up here this year if this "war" continues with the straights closed. Iran has said this is their intention and they want it at least through the midterms. Outside nuclear genociding them, we dont have the ability to stop them from hitting the oil tankers with cheap drones.

The president does have the authority to stop oil exports. And that would keep our prices low. But Europe and our allies in Asia would be so screwed.

I’ll tell you what, why don’t you go ahead and move up to Alaska, and take advantage of that $1k annual PFD check, and see how far that gets you. It’s not all about the price of fuel at the pump, it’s about everything else that comes into play, not to mention our higher cost to heat our homes. I live in one of the warmer areas of Alaska and the high today was 15°, I’ll post my heating bill for this month, and you can tell me how much that differs from yours. Twist it however you want.

Hanging around $3.50 in Northern Utah for regular. If you get away from the interstate you might find it for $3.35 or so. Quite an increase the last week but I don't feel so bad when I look at some of the other posts on here.

Lucky I don’t use oil to heat my house here but I know a lot of folks do, not sure how all this will affect the price but I assume it will go up.
