I've tried the warranty form online (over a month ago), sent an e-mail to the customer service address I could find, and I called the phone # I could find for cascade designs with no response or answer to any of those.

Backstory is I've had a sleeping pad that's been leaking since I got it new in August, and am trying to get it repaired or replaced. I like that they make stuff in the USA but not being able to reach them to solve a problem is a bit frustrating.

Does anyone have an e-mail or phone # for them that works? Would really like to get it fixed before my next hunt in a few weeks.

Thanks!!

I’ve warrantied 2x xlites for mystery leaks, and both have been replaced. Have been very impressed.

Go Warranty FAQ and there’s a link to start a claim. They take a bit to turn one around but I’ve always been impressed in my dealings with them.

Similar experience for me

I had good luck a few years ago with a 15 year old pad through the online warranty portal. $30 ish to fix and ship back to me which was fine as the pad was old, I had no proof of purchase, etc.

This one leaked from the get go though. I'll try the e-mail Bbob posted and see if that works.

Sent them a message on facebook and a day later got a response that warranty requests can take up to 2 weeks to process. I let them know it'd been a month and they responded they'd try to bump it along.

Got an e-mail a few hours later with leak detection and repair instructions which wasn't what I was really looking for.

I replied to the e-mail that I could do that before my next trip but would really like to exchange the pad as it's leaked since I got it new. Will see what the next response is.

I just used your tip about Facebook and got to a real human. 24 hours later I got an email responding to my warranty claim
