How to catch an untrapable mouse.

No I have it air dropped in really dont know where it comes from.
Well not trying to be a dick, but your position about using poison seems to border an almost activist type of dedication. Not sure if you're aware that virtually all the food you buy at the supermarkets has had pesticides and insecticides used on it or in order to make it.

Tell you what a long lone time time ago I had a Shepard collie mix who would walk with me to the bus stop for school I was in the third grade when I would come home the dog was waiting for me at the bus stop super great dog wouldn’t hurt a flea, constantly bye my side, some bastard poisoned him, I am going on 70 now To this day if I could find the prick and he was still alive it wouldn’t be a good situation for him or her, , you are why off base on the activist deal, I cannot control what goes on with the pesticides and herbicides deal. All I know is I use no type of poison for anything, and don't agree with anyone who would use them, if you have a dog or some other animal that means a lot to you poison it then stand and watch it die not a pretty situation. lets leave it at that.

I understand your position, and rightfully so. Thanks for the clarification and sorry about your dog.

A few years back my 84 year old Nana used a bolt action .410 shotgun on a mouse in her kitchen. She went 0-4 before Grandpa disarmed her. The mouse was unharmed which is better than the cabinets, baseboards, and tile faired.
One of my neighbors came over recently and asked if I had any 38 snake shot. I gave him some and the next day he was very, very proud of the house mouse that he had bagged in his kitchen.

Back in the Saddle boys!

With our 1 year old starting to walk around by himself we've decided to keep the cats outside and in the garage for now.

Had one of these Vermin walk through the kitchen right to me at my desk this morning. Acting all confident like he was just out for a casual stroll. Now we'll see what happens!

Good luck, I caught two of them in our house a couple months ago using those same traps with good old peanut butter. Never seen them inside before that.
We never have them either because we have 2 cats. But now that they are kicked out temporarily, they're back.

So, if you put silicone spray where the hook thing is attached, will it increase the response time???? Or cause it to avoid the trap all together.... Or I guess you could create a titanium one so it's lighter with a faster response!;)

My 84 year old Nana took exception to a trap-shy mouse in here kitchen several years ago. She busted out a bolt action 410 shotgun to solve the problem. She went 0 for 3 or 4 before Grandpa disarmed her. Apparently, the mouse was unharmed, but we can't say the same for the base boards, cabinets, and linoleum in her kitchen...
