Black horn 209 powder. With thor bullets. Look them up. Great bullet. Super accurate. Great dude to deal with. I shot 84 grains by weight.

Will stick with 100 grain of black powder. Very spooked of the phrase “touchy ignition” after dealing with pyrodex and other fake black powders. Not the fastest or cleanest but it fires in all but the most brutal conditions.

Maybe I missed it but blackhorn is not safe in all inlines great powder but not safe in plunger guns just a quick FYI since idk what gun your shooting. Personal elk load is 90 grains by volume 777 pushing a 600 grain no excuses conical in my super 91, 100 grains by volume with a 460 grain no excuses in my whitetail and 110 grains pushing 510 grain home cast conicals in both my bighorn and mk85
