My comfort level is typically in the 2-300 cartridge range per caliber.

I have brass, primers, bullets and powder. I only load what I need for time at the range and hunting for the week. Normally I take at least 30 rounds on any trip, so I have enough for the hunt with some extra in case I need to re-sight in my rifle for any reason.

I'm really picky about my hunting ammo. If I find something that my gun really likes, I try to buy a bunch of it in the same lot number. I wish I reloaded but I don't. But I have enough.

Not enough! I Have been actively working to build my ammo stock. My goal is 500 rounds for each caliber at any given time. That leaves me plenty to sign in and practice with well having enough to hunt with as well.

Probably already on some watch list for the amount of powder and primers I have been having shipped to me lately.

Always wonder what the UPS man thinks when he keeps delivering boxes to my front door that have a big warning label "explosives"

I get nervous if I get down under 5 full boxes. Not sure why I only shoot a box or less on the average per year. But I do shoot factory ammo out of a 7mm08 as my primary deer rifle so maybe my concern is warranted.….
