Chem E, you are obviously not a believer. If this forum had an atheist thread titled "How many hunters out there are atheist or do not believe in God?" myself as a christian would not post on it. Why try to be negative on a forum that keeps such a positive vibe?

X2... Just read the title to the thread and you should understand. Now why don't you start your own thread on science and how it makes you feel good and see how many on here have the same belief and discuss your view points there instead of getting worked up over our belief and opinions in this thread.

Simple as that, this is a place for all and we shouldn't have to worry about our beliefs/opinions but don't hijack a thread started for a specific topic because you do not believe in what is being discussed just start a new one for yourself and anyone with similar views.

I also think it is good for threads to stay on topic and not be hijacked which is what Aron stopped. The title of this thread states the topic pretty specificly and I think Aron would do the same for any topic hijacked. If feelings are hurt sorry but that is why we are each allowed to start any topic that comes to mind.

You have no right to pass judgement on my belief. If I was not a believer I would not have looked at this thread. Just because I find a few of the posts un-christian like and negative gives you no right to ridicule me. Those quotes I was reffering to are not positive. They are offensive. You do not find them offensive simply because you agree.

Hey Guys,

Just got back from a backpacking trip and received a PM about this thread while I was on the mountain.

Please try and keep this as civil and positive as you can. I deleted a post earlier in the thread comparing religion to Santa because I thought it was too negative and wasn't creating the type of atmosphere that we hope to have on Rokslide.

We all have different views, so lets try and be respectful about them.

I'm guessing you're looking to pick a fight here under the caveat in Aron's moderating posts. The posts you pointed out are precisely Christian like, even the worst posts on Rokslide are "Christian like". We're all sinners in need of a savior. We may not always be like Christ, but we are always showing why we need Him.

If you guys wouldn't mind praying for my wife and I and our unborn child (Hudson) over the next week I would appreciate it. Hudson has an enlarged ventricle in his brain and my wife is having an MRI and Ultrasounds next week to figure out more. Right now no one has any idea what is causing this or what it could mean... Rachel and I would really appreciate it!

Had the MRI today and although his ventricle is enlarged everything else looks great! We will find out 100% tomorrow but the doctor said based on the MRI she sees no reason to worry or think that he will be born with any defects or anything. He will just be a boy with an a-symetrical brain. Which isn't that abnormal. We appreciate your prayers and will keep you updated if anything changes. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good!!
