Well its almost here guys.. How is everyone shooting?? Ive been shooting every day for about the last 3 months and my main bow is shooting perfect.. Got new strings and cables on the way for my New E35.. I cannot freaking wait until September 24..

Still tuning but shooting every other day. Bareshaft is looking good finally.

There is your problem. Bare shaft tuning BIGGEST CROCK OF SHIT IN ARCHERY..

Paper tune, walk back/french tune and there is ZERO need to Bare shaft tune.. I have tinkered with it and I can get my elite to do it.. But when my fixed blades fly past 80 i see no need

My bow is freaking dialed. I'm shooting good but still struggling a bit with my target panic but I'm more confident with my shooting than I have been in a long time. Opener is only 27 days away now.

This is the first year I've messed with it. I'm pretty sure someone out there invented it to drive guys like me insane. Last year I paper tuned meticulously and was good to 100 yards but this year figured I'd do it the "right" way. BS is touching fletched now so I'll verify my results tomorrow then walk back/french.

Hilarious... All that is required is good solid, consistent grip. That said I don't do it to tune my bow, but do do it to check on my form whenever I shoot .

Been dialed for months. Spend less time shooting this year, but more time scouting. Hopefully that pays off. Fall bear opened today in Oregon.

Funny. I feel just the opposite. Why mess with paper tuning and walk back tuning, when all you have to do is bare shaft tune.
To the OP, I am super dialed in, been shooting well out to 80 yards.

Same here! A couple years ago I had it so bad that before my pin would even get to the target, I'd pull the trigger. Now I just have issues with moving my pin that 1 centimeter over to the dot.

Here's a group I shot last week at 60 yards with my Energy 35. Whisker biscuit rest too.

You do realize If you change anything walk back/French tuning your bare shafts will change

I shortened my draw length a half inch because I was having way to many flyers.(notice the arrow holes all over the paper lol) I couldn't get my pin to settle and couldn't get a consistent shot break.

This is about my normal 50 yard group now that I have it shooting like it's supposed to. Broadheads are flying to 50 and i am gonna shoot them out to 100 this week.

The whole issue with tuning through your rest is this, you only have one center to your bow then you have two out of centers(left of center and right of center). How many of you would go to the rifle range and if you didn't hit exactly where you aimed would adjust your barrel?

Ya I know but it supposed to be the proper order of things. Should only need to make micro adjustments to my rest. I'm not a bow tech by any means, so not real sure how it all works together.

If your bare shafts are flying with fletched out to 20 consistently, throw some broad heads on, should be right there. Don't bother walkback or French, that would come before bare shafts.

Not a good example

How is it not a good example. The rest on a bow is like the rifle of your barrel as it is what controls the ammo until it leaves. Most adjustments can either be done by the yolk system on a bow or by simply adjusting the hand position. It just doesn't make sense to me to adjust your rest so that it won't be shooting through the center of the bow.
