I'm going to pile on here....this is a must see reference for every new bowhunter.
There is so much hogwash sloshing around on the internet, it doesn't surprise me you get a lot of questions on FOC.

I watched this a few times, Bill. Fantastic information.

I don't tend to 'shoot' for a particular FOC percentage or anything with my arrow builds as I just like to shoot a fairly moderately weighted arrow for my poundage - both for trad and wheels. This space has been extremely interesting over the last few months with lots of great information being put out by yourself, Cody Greenwood, and others.

I've never felt the need to go to one extreme or the other with FOC or arrow weight, but the biggest animals I kill on a regular basis are fallow bucks and big wild pigs, so until I find myself in a situation where I'm shooting a lot of water buffalo or scrub bulls, I think I'll just keep doing what I'm doing.
