Public or private? Definitely a unique buck that could be a freak in a couple years. At the end of the day you’re the one shooting him so if he gets you excited now, shoot him.

do what suits you. He's not fully mature yet based on the way he looks, but he's the kinda deer that will get shot if he presents the opportunity.

Looks like an injured deer to me. I suspect he has in injury to his left side, might just be a leg.

Not always, but pretty likely. Might go away next year.

Yep I agree the irregular rack could of definitely been caused by an injury! I shot one 20 years ago that looked almost identical and it’s still mounted in my basement!

I think depending on how big the property is, how many bucks you’ve taken to date, and what you’re overall inventory/deer management plan is it could be a great deer to take. Like others have said, if you get a chance to take him, and it would make you happy, go for it.

Oh he's dying if he gets within range for sure.

I hunted this guy all last season and never could connect. Never did turn him up this year, yet.
