Hornady full length re-sizing die assembly question

New set of dies and I disassembled to clean. Screwing it back together and it started to bind. Is this o ring installed correctly? It seems not. Can someone show me a pic of their die ready for assembly and all of the parts please? The decapper assy. wont screw in completely due to this o ring it seems.

I just checked mine. It is just like the pic. It has resistance while screwing in and out but goes no problem.

I can take a pic if you need.

Thank you. I have another question. In the seating die there are two small parts listed as 15 and 19 I (seating stem) n the instructions. I think one is for the ELDX bullet? I can see a visible difference in them bow do I know which one is which? They aren't marked.

I just use which ever one fits the bullet I am seating the best, Just make sure it does not push on bullet tip.

I believe the standard stem comes installed new,

However, I am very new to reloading myself. Might want to wait for an answer from someone else.

Mine came new with the seating stem with the smallest id installed.
