100% remote, active lifestyle focused (hunting, backpacking, skiing, biking, niche food, fitness, etc.), and is lucrative if you can handle a bunch NO's for the one YES.
My wife would be awesome at this we are in Boise Idaho could she apply for this or have you filled the position yet

I figured I would bring this back to the top. I’m looking again.
I’m looking for a Maintenance guy in Kent, Ohio.
No experience necessary. Looking for some one that shows up to work with strong mechanical skills, and willing to learn.
Pm me if interested for more information.
I manage what I feel is a fairly laid back environment and it’s 4 day work weeks.

I think it depends on your team. I have quite a few friends at Northrop down here and they are fully remote, but a lot of the engineering teams that I am a part of required to come into the office 1 day a week, some two.

I remember Northrop was doing fully remote work in 2008 to 2012 when i worked for them, so they are likely your best option.
All depends on the job/program you're working. I've been with NG since 2018 and have been required to come into the office every day (even in the Covid days). The really cool projects require you to come in to the office.

I am hiring for a project in Yellowstone Park. Buried Fiber Optic Construction. Mon-Fri with season pass to the Park. 5 year project June to October. I have full hookup RV sites for crews set up on site. 1 hour from Jackson Hole. Bring your own or we will provide. Directional drill, plow, and trenching operators, laborers and flaggers needed.
Also projects around Butte needing staffed. More positions in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming available.

Yeah absolutely. Just depends on what you do and programs you work on...same as my company as well.

I spliced fiber for a year when I was 20 years old. Had a blast with some of those crews! Best of luck in your search.
