6'2" float between 215 and 220 most days need to add more cardio with the lifting 6 days a week can lift the world but wouldnt mind loosing some belly weight before hunting season

6’0 200lbs, ran 2018 season at 190lbs and really struggled with recovery after hitting it hard the first few days, this past season has been a lot better with similar level of fitness.

At 6’ I’m my best overall around 200 as well. 195 is good but anything lighter and I loose strength.
