All this 200lb talk. Im 6'6 and was sitting at 365 on december 2nd. Now down to 294 but would like 270-275. Havent seen 200 since i was 14 and now im 38. Lol
6 ‘3 200 has been my normal for the last 20 years. After walking around the mountains for the month of September I was 190 and felt great. I am at 190 now and want to maintain that going into the season. I don’t think I have a lot of fat left to lose, but would like to gain some leg muscle.
My preferred weight is 175 but in reality I feel great at 180lb and that is much easier for me to achieve at 5'9" with quite a bit of muscle mass. Currently at 195 so definitely have some work to do.
6’3 ~230 here with a useless 330 lb bench. I want to lose ~15lb 6 months before my 2021 sheep hunt. I’m working to build up my leg and core strength with squats, dead’s, planks and cycling.
I don't know if that's an ideal weight (low end of the "normal" BMI range FWIW), but it's what I've weighed year round within ±5 lbs since high school.
6'1" and currently 178. I usually hover around 180 give or take a couple of pounds but I'm trying to eat a little more clean this year and get down to a steady 175 before elk season and see how I feel.
5’10” 34” waist. 44” chest. 72” wingspan. 11.5 shoe. 200 now. I’ve hunted at 190. 175-180 will feel better. I did my first 3-mile run in years last weekend. It felt really good (45 degrees w/sun helped). Planning to run, and alternate 5x5 strength workouts. And no carbs for Lent! I’m 58.
6’1 and have never weighed more than 195 fully clothed. Try to stay in shape year round but push more towards hunting season and drop to mid 180’s. Can walk for days at lower weight but extreme inclines still kick my butt.
