I'm looking at these boots now. How stiff do you say they are? GoHunt has them at a 3... you think that's pretty accurate?

It looks like the pair on GoHunt may be a new model, but I would say a 3 on their scale is accurate. I bought them to replace Crispi Colorados and have been really happy with them. They have enough flex that I can do miles of trails and it doesn't bother my feet.

Been boot shopping for weeks since I’m sick of my crispis just not quite giving me enough toe room. Finally grabbed some ancash 2’s to try. Figured it was worth a try for the deep discount and less than half of the price of some schnees. Here’s hoping.

I've been researching this question and just heard Exo talk about it on the latest podcast, my research says size up 1/2 size in the Makra Trek, Alverstone. So I went with it.

We have 4 guys running the trek/combi's and everyone so far has been true to size. Not sure on the Alverstone but I just bought a pair in my normal 10.5. Hopefully it works out.

I had a 12.5 Yukon delivered today. Could barely fit my foot in the boot! I am going to try to return for a 13.5 or 14. I wear 12.5 in everything except these...

Just got my 14.5 Yukons and thought I'd give my thoughts.

Very nice boots. Seem to be on par with all others I've had, Kennetrec, Lowa, Scarpa, etc.

I normally wear a 14 but ordered the 14.5's and couldn't be happier. These are very comfortable right out of the box for such a stiff boot. I have a narrow C width foot with a very narrow heal and these seem to be perfect. Be warned, the toe box IS NOT wide.

These 14.5's fit almost identically to my Kennetrek Hardscrabble 14's for reference.

An absolute steel at $110.
