I ordered both the Makra Treks and the Tatra II GTX. I've worn Meindl (mostly the old Denali, new Vacuum) in 10.5 for years since my feet love them. Both Hanwag boots arrived and fit great. Very similar fit to my Meindls. I didn't size up and they seem spot on. Heck of a deal for both and I'm trying to find a good reason to buy another pair, but I have too many boots as it is.

I’ve had 5 pairs of Hanwag’s and they’ve all fit true to size.

Edit: I don’t have a wide foot but did buy the Alverstone ll in a wide (cause I heard they run narrow) and I love them so far. The Ancash are built on a semi wide frame and feel awesome as well. I like a touch more room in the toe box over a touch tight.

The 13.5 yukons I just received fit perfectly and true to size. Most brands of boots/shoes in 13 just fit me( minus crispis and merrel ) but the extra .5 in the yukon was just right.

I normally wear a 14 and the Yukons in 14.5 are perfect. I have a narrow foot and regular/mediums fit perfect.

No idea, but my initial assumption was that they are sunsetting the current version of boots so they can introduce boots with a goretex alternative because of the ban.
I had to have my boots shipped to family in Oregon who then shipped them to me in CA because I couldn't have them shipped to CA directly.

Also check Sierra they have several of the same boots, some cheaper and some more expensive but you can return them if they don't fit.

Just throwing this out there, if anyone has a 9.5 Alverstone wide they are thinking about returning, I have a new 10 wide I might be interested in trading. Most people end up sizing up with them so maybe theres a taker.

I have another pair of 10s that work fine in later season with thicker socks, but Id like to try a 9.5 to see if they fit better with thinner socks in early season.

It says no returns on the site so i would say no returns but at those prices likely can sell them on ebay or classifieds and not get hurt to bad
