I’ve got a Raptor 8 in jail so appreciate the review. Can you notice a handling balance improvement between the reflex and others?

I'm already having a hard time deciding which can to buy next. Nomad ti, harvester evo, hydrogen s, kgm r6.5, and now the ab raptor 8. So many to choose from.

I don't have a 4" reflex, I have a 1", 3" and a 5" but I'm happy to weigh either combo when I get home. I think Ryan only has the 4 stack and 8 stack raptors unless I'm mistaken

Ryan has asked me to post my own bro science testing in this thread, with my cans. I'm going to wait until I recieve the rugged alaskan TI to do the test I think tho, should be another week or 2. Pictured left to right I currently have the raptor 10, dead air nomad TI, raptor 8, raptor 6, raptor 4 and a few of the bull barrel AB reflexes

I'd be interested in the weight of the 8 stack and 3" inch reflex. Or just the 3" reflex by itself.

I’m interested to know the weight of Raptor 6 with 3” reflex

I just recently received my Hyperion k, I think it has a great sound similar if not quieter than my omega but doesn’t reduce recoil as much. I am very intrigued by the ab cans, I like the idea of the reflex.

Already had some pics of weights ready to go, but only of each can with the direct thread mounts installed, the direct thread mount itself and each reflex individually. I will post up some weights of the different raptors with reflexes installed when I get home. The reflexes are pretty heavy but they do make a decent difference in noise reduction IMO. Especially the 3" and 5". Here is the 3" reflex by itself, the 8 with direct thread, the 6 with direct thread and the direct thread adaptor by itself

So if I understand how they go together, the Raptor 6 with 3” reflex would weigh 8.75 + 5.125 - 1.625 = 12.25 oz

Don’t think it’s worth upgrading from my Omega 300 for 2.5 oz..

Looking forward to hearing about the Rugged Alaskan Ti

I'm hoping the rugged alaskan was worth the money but I have my doubts due to its weight. It'll be my most spendy can so far. I also want to try out the hyperion k but it's still out of stock at my distributors

I need to do a head to head with the raptor 8 direct thread and the nomad still. I forgot my direct thread mounts the other day when I went out. The 8 with the 3" reflex seemed a bit quieter but both were easily hearing safe on my 20" 300 PRC shooting a hot handload. That nomad TI is a great can for sure
