gunsmith recommendations to open up a barrel channel

just looking for some recommendations for gunsmiths that can open up the barrel channel on a bell and carlson medalist stock. Not even sure if it would have enough meat left once its opened up that far. its currently inletted for a tikka lite barrel and will be rebarreling to a light palma barrel. dont feel comfortable removing that much material myself.

A cylinder about the size of your barrel, slightly larger, maybe a wooden dowel, wrapped with a sheet of sand paper. Go to town! Tape it off, primer and paint. Easy peasy. Go find your man card!

I've done a few Bell and Carlson stocks, I use deep well sockets.
