Gros Ventre River

Looking for information regarding access on the Gros Ventre River East of Jackson, WY. Mainly need to know how far South a person can safely travel on road 30400 pulling a small trailer. Thanks in advance for any response.

I'd email or call the FS and ask them, should be good for a bit though to get to campgrounds etc.

If you are a nonresident of Wyoming keep in mind you cannot hunt the Gros Ventre Wilderness without an outfitter.
