Grey squirrel

I've been seeing alot of grey squirrels around lately wondering how they might taste. Anyone have experience or recipes ?

Where are you located? Squirrels, as with any animal, usually taste like when they eat.

Squirrels are very good! My 7 year old nephew told me once “they tasted so good he almost cried”

They taste good. Just have to cook them low and slow so they are tender. Lots of recipe options.

From what I’ve been reading the insta pot is a good way to go. I’m not seeing many here in North Alabama.

Really good if prepared right. IMO.
I ate them most of my life until I moved out West.
