How is 141 looking any rebound from the winter kill? Anyone that has hunted it in the last couple years ?Any input appreciated PMs welcomed

As some one who lives and hunts nearly every species in wyoming, I will say its doing well.

The next summer after the winter kill we had tons of rain, grass grew like it hasnt in over a decade. Lots of animals rebounded fast from that.

Thing to keep in mind with late winter kills, just because deer and elk died in an area does not mean they would have lived in that area during hunting season, there are some significant seasonal herd migrations here.

If you buy the tag and truly put in the time on foot, wyoming never disappoints.

Dont forget to bring a fly rod to trout fish after you fill your tag.
