Wyoming Commissioner’s Tag Advice?

I have a friend who obtained a Wyoming Commissioners tag for 2026. This is the type where you declare any open unit/hunt, and you are bound to that.

If you have experience with these tags, or recommended strategies, outfitters or units, I’d appreciate hearing about it. He’s starting from scratch.

Outfitters are welcome; outfitter hiring is likely.
