You have a debit card, there is a 24 hour number to call. If this is legit, call, them, now.

I saw this thread and thought it was too good to be true but then I saw the user and thought oh maybe it’s not.

I assume it was a hacked account…

So it appears the same person is probably hacking established accounts and then mocking the scammed buyers with bigfoot? Dude even left positive feedback on this one. The other account called the other victim a scammer in the feedback. WIERD.

EDIT: Also someone else wanted the item and instead of trying to scam both he said Kuda427 had already spoken for it.

Sure doesn’t scream scam, especially with a trade option. Are you sure you were dealing with the seller and not someone else? @fngTony might be able to shed some light.

Lol - dude its getting out of hand. The hacked accounts are the worst because they have feedback etc.

There are a few additional Steps I take now even with feedback history. So far I haven’t gotten burned but it’s getting a little scary.

He sent me pics with the date and username, offered to facetime etc. . FML…I just ordered the scope new last week for $500 more.

So if you used a debit card and it charged fees I'm thinking it was a Visa/MC card and you may also have some protections from them. Fraud is a crime so somebody should reverse the charges.
