Good work boot?

I just retired my first pair of keen Milwaukee's after 3 years of use in a steel tubing plant. I had another pair waiting that I picked up from Cabelas for $100. I do switch out the insoles after 4-6 months for a pair of super feet. If you do a search you should find my other post with picks. Never got more than a year out of Rocky's or Timberlands.

I appreciate everyone's comments. I ended up buying some Lowa Hudson LL Mid Hiking Boot from campsaver. My feet sweat a lot. I have another pair of Lowa's that have the leather lining and absolutely love them. So I figured I would try a pair of them for work boots. With the stiffer sole I think they will help with the fatigue of standing on concrete all day. We shall see.
