I had a barrel come unscrewed from my Element 300 prc as i was trying ton take off the suppressor,
I called Seekins and they sent me a shipping label.
It only took less than 2 weeks door to door to get it back.
I was finally able to get to the range this morning , the gun shot 1/2" or less on three groups with hornady factory 212 ammo.
I love their guns and the great customer service
 
They are top shelf rifles and there service is above and beyond expectations.
 
I was being impatient waiting for the PH3's to ship out, and I sent an email to Seekins just to see if they could give a rough estimate of when they were going to start getting sent out. The lady responding to me was the absolute nicest person and gave me the inside scoop on which distributors were getting orders first. One of her emails had to have taken like 20-30 minutes to research and type out.

Absolute world class customer service.
 
Seekins took care of me recently in a so above and beyond way that I’m a customer for life. I already was big into their bolt guns.
 
Seekins truly does have awesome customer service. There’s no doubt about that.

However, being able to accidentally unscrew a barrel by hand should never happen, and that’s also on them.
