I think it was McMaster Carr- 24x36” sheet; might shop around- could be cheaper, lots of plastic outfits
 
I believe I've gotten sheets from Interstate Plastics but here's a list of suppliers:

 
We used one like that and it worked great. Where we were you either had to carry it on your back or in this manner. We were in area that was all rocks and you couldnt get a bike or a cart in there to help you. This could also work well in a muddy area.

I need to get permission from the military to share the videos of the sled kit I designed for the 11th Airborne Group in Alaska last year. It's a smaller more compact version of the design above, but ideal for dragging deer and caribou out of anywhere.

I really like the sled, but my biggest concern is how quickly I could separate from it in the event of a grizzly encounter. When hauling meat in grizzly country, I’d prefer a system that isn’t permanently or mechanically attached to me, allowing me to disengage immediately if needed.
