GAIA Sync Incomplete

I imported a bunch of waypoints from Google Earth to GAIA on my desktop last night. Tried to sync my iPhone this morning, and it keeps saying incomplete after trying for a few minutes. Even after I went back to the desktop and deleted the imported file because I thought maybe it was just too big to handle, it still won’t sync. Anyone have this issue before and figure it out?

I messaged GAIA, but they usually take a few days to respond and the first response is usually useless. By the time they help, I’ll be in the mountains.

Just wanted to update that after going back and forth with customer service that they determined this is an issue affecting a number of users that will require an update but they don’t know when that will be available.

Maybe you already resolved this, but I was having this same issue after coming back from my hunts and trying to sync waypoints. What worked for me was going into account settings and hitting “refresh authentication”. After that, it synced no problem, and continues to sync for me.
