LOL ....Which were created and operated by Boomers.
LOL ....
If you drive a car into a ditch, are you going to blame Henry Ford??
Exactly. You don't blame the car either...
Exactly.
The question was who raised them, not who's to blame.
Dad was too busy cleaning his weatherby and talking about how flat shooting it was to careIf a kid was raised by Barney, their school, Nintendo, etc...someone allowed/enabled that to happen and it wasn't the kid.
Barney and the public schools.
Not the same thing, did this much-whined-about generation create and instruct themselves to watch Barney? Did they operate the public schools and make the choice themselves to attend?LOL ....

Rumor has it, he is still cleaning it and hasnt shot it since 1992.Dad was too busy cleaning his weatherby and talking about how flat shooting it was to care
I don't disagree. I guess I was trying to be a little sarcastic about new things always being a positive.Thinking critically does not mean you have to change what you do given new information. It means that you can see the merits the other side. Think the .223 thread. I read most of it and still shoot a 7mag but I can see that a .223 can be effective at killing things. Doesnt mean that I have to sell the 7 and go to a .223.
Accepting new things doesnt mean that you have to adopt them yourself. If you like your BAR, have at it but you can also accept that ARs are just a modern version of that. Doesnt mean you have to sell your BAR to buy an AR.
A kid I worked with was all in to the tactical side of shooting. He had ARs with all matching colors, plate carriers, special holsters for everything, etc. Not my cup of tea, and not what I would spend my money on but it makes him happy and what he wants so its cool. Doesnt mean I have to join him.
Generally, one must be a critical thinker to accept new things and those that accept new things are generally critical thinkers.
This guy with forum access.I see a fair amount of the term Fudd being used around here.
What comes to mind when you see it used?
That guy is who they play to torture terrorist. He is big king fuddThis guy with forum access.
Just so I understand this comment better, do you mean trail cams with or without a feature that sends real-time imagery straight to your phone? You're a Fudd if you constantly say "What do you need that for?" "That should be illegal". Like with trail cameras for instance.
LOL ... A simple question was asked and answered: "Who raised them?"Not the same thing, did this much-whined-about generation create and instruct themselves to watch Barney? Did they operate the public schools and make the choice themselves to attend?
Boomers love to whine. They cry more than any generation has before or since. The main focus of their whining is Millennials and politics, but Boomers raised the Millennials, and Boomers have operated the political stage for the last 30+ years. So if what they're crying about is so bad, then they should take responsibility, because no one else had a hand in it more than they did.
That was a nice looking gun - not gonna lie selling it was a mistake. *chuckle*Dad was too busy cleaning his weatherby and talking about how flat shooting it was to care
