I went through this about 5 years ago. I bought a Kuiu and it wouldn’t adjust short enough. I tried a SO and it was to bug. To be fair, I didn’t order it. It was second hand. I ended up calling kifaru. After talking with them, I bought a 20” frame off the classifieds here. And, had them see her custom shoulder straps. The small belt they offered was fine.


My wife is 5’1” tall and weighed 125 pounds.
